This is a listing for two separate units. Unit 1 is a 1BR/1Ba and Unit 2 is a 2BR/BA. Both are on the same floor.

HVAC - this building uses a state of the art heat pump system that complies with its historical preservation status. It will keep the unit in a comfortable 68-74 degrees comfort range through the year but guests are not able to individually change their thermostats

Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the North Loop District is a dynamic neighborhood often associated with the nearby North Loop. Known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere, the area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere. We find the location and downtown to be very walkable as well :)
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
