• All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are 'self' and contactless! To provide this service we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
• Bookings made close to the date of arrival will require additional documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address.
• There is noise monitoring equipment inside of the home and there's potentially exterior monitoring.
• No smoking inside of the home.
• No pets allowed.
• EVENTS - This home is ideal for small weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. The event fee is $950 and events must be approved by the Minnestay Team. Please send us a message about booking your event here and we will provide more details! Unregistered events will incur a penalty of at least $2000 plus damages and cleanup. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the property, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense

• Quiet Hours – 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Cancellations have a 3% Cancellation fee.
