Positive: Location. Away from towns' hustle, very quiet, and yet 5-10 minutes drive from town with shops and cafes. Two nice local beaches with very few people and clear green water. One has a bar/cafe with nice food. There is another restaurant on the main road, 10 minutes walk, but along the road. Very welcoming and helpful owner and his mother. Very quiet area, you almost never see or hear other guests. All apartments have terraces/balconies with sea view - perfect sunsets guaranteed. The apartment is equipped with full cooking facilities, was nice making food and having lunch/dinner at our terrace. Since it is village - free parking and no problems with parking space (compared to towns, especially on weekends).

Negative: Nothing really, just couple of things you should consider. 1. It is a village, so no shops and restaurants right next to you. The place is more suitable if you have a car. Taxi is probably an option, but requires extra efforts. 2. Perfect seaview means the building is at the elevated place. The exact distance to the beach is 650 meters walk and it is 100 meters down. Most of the walk is through the nice shady groove. It is possible to drive to the beach too. There is another wild beach, it is 400 steps down and the stairs start right near the Vila.
