The first floor of the main house is dominated by the imposing great room, divided into intimate cooking, dining and living areas. Two elegant double bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with its own luxurious bathroom, as well as a private lounge area with direct access to the upper terrace. Two further bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms, are on the top floor. The delightful courtyard hides the two pretty guest houses, one larger and one smaller, both with a cozy double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge area, as well as a private terrace that serve as cozy nooks for relaxation.
The same care went into the garden and outdoor space. The magnificent landscaped garden surrounds the villa and blends harmoniously into the idyllic natural surroundings. Hiking trails, cycling routes and horseback riding are all nearby, and both Porec with its beautiful beaches and the idyllic medieval hilltop towns of the hinterland are easily accessible along excellent country roads.
