The square-shaped building was designed for maximum enjoyment focussing on individuality, light, views and comfort. The entire outdoor and pool area, lined with lava rock from Lanzarote, adds to the incomparable ambience of this villa. 300 m² of living space and 200 m² of balcony, terrace and pool deck areas invite guests to spend unforgettable holidays in this unique home and its privileged location.
The interior design is sleek, modern and characterized by exclusive designer furniture, as well as various paintings by the artist Bettina Nuschei. The exterior glass elevator transports guests to the different levels of the villa. The first stop leads to a lounge with open-air fireplace.
The second stop is at the villa´s official house entrance. The spacious living room with dining area and the open, fully equipped white designer kitchen and bar provide for all the comfort and conveniences, you might wish for. Large panoramic windows open onto the spacious terrace with awning and dining table, offering fabulous views of the harbour and the coastline. A hallway leads to the only bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this level.
Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the floor above. The penthouse on the fourth floor houses the fourth bedroom with its own bathroom. From the terrace of the penthouse, you can enjoy a fascinating view. A large BBQ and another outdoor dining table allow for unforgettable barbecue evenings.
Within walking distance (ca 200 meters away) starts the renowned marina of Port de Andratx, lined with trendy shops, bars, cafes and excellent restaurants. The international flair attracts locals and tourists alike and can best be enjoyed on balmy evenings. The nearest beach or golf club are in Camp de Mar, the next coastal town only about a 6 minute drive away.
