On the ground floor there is an apartment with a living room-kitchen, 1 double bedroom, single bedroom, terrace and pool. On the 1st floor there is a second apartment with kitchen, bathroom, large freezer, terrace and on the third floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a sea view and balcony access. Behind the house there is a grill, a large terrace with a heated jacuzzi that can be converted into a sauna. The host lives on the 4th floor and is always available for information and help - but offers you complete privacy. Starigrad near Senj is far away from the hustle and bustle. The access to the place is a 3 km narrow side street. You can park for free in the village and Villa Relax is at a 50 m walking distance. The beach is also only 50 m walk away. There is a small coffee shop in the village and ingredients like bread, milk, vegetables and fruit are delivered every morning. Frozen food is being delivered twice a week.
You will have at your disposal our personnel for cleaning and all you will need. There the owners has a speedboat and upon request he can take you fishing or on an excursion. The area around the villa is kept clean every day.
