Summary: The apartment is new, central, and clean. We wished we'd had a great experience, but we didn’t. At the beginning, it had all the comforts we needed, and they provided some cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and towels. But unless you specifically ask them for new towels and toilet paper, they do not give these, even though our stay was for eight nights.
Nevertheless, without a doubt, the worst part of it all was the fact that there was no cold water, AT ALL. The spokesperson’s response to this problem was that the water tank was outside, sitting in the sun all day, and there was nothing they could do. We’re not talking about lukewarm water, but really, really hot. It wouldn’t get colder no matter how long you waited. We talked to Expedia, which is who we booked through, and they said they would try to fix it and that someone from the apartment (a Diego) would be reaching out to us soon. Spoiler: He never did, and the problem was never fixed. Our stay was early August in sunny, hot Valencia, and coming back to the apartment after a day of exploring and wanting to take a cold shower was not possible. Also, if you are a sporty person like us, having to shower with hot water after a run is something I don’t wish on anyone. Genuinely wondering how this is legal, because it most definitely is not safe. Unless you like to shower with hot water in the summer months, this place is not for you.
