Negative: The premises is a bit worn but overall ok. However 2 (out of 4) plates of the cooking stove are not working. One even has a crack (which raises concerns about electric hazard. At times the electronic door seems to forget the code which requires to fall back to a hidden key in one of the plant tubs outside.
