Less than an hour from the vibrant city of Indianapolis, our neighborhood is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Columbus Indiana is nationally recognized for Architecture so driving downtown and experiencing the city charm is a must.
Other Things to Note:
While the home boast outdoor stream views there is no access to swim in the stream. The property does have steep drop-offs so small children should be watched when outside. While the house is on 8 acres with good privacy it is still part of a subdivision, so please do not speed down the street or be disruptive to the neighbors.
