The Bernabeu Loft apartment is in Azca, known as one of the most important business areas in Madrid due to the large presence of offices in the area. It is, however, also an important residential area with easy access to leisure centres, offices, and restaurants. Just a few minutes' walk from Paseo de la Castellana, Calle Orense and very close to the famous Santiago Bernabéu stadium. It is a perfect location and very well connected to any point in the city. It has a direct line to the Airport thanks to the proximity of Nuevos Ministerios Metro station.

This loft-style apartment is located on the ground floor of the building with access from the street. It has 33 m² and a capacity for 4 people distributed in a mezzanine with a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The mezzanine has a height of 1.74 metres and has built-in wardrobes.
