Non-compliance with thispolicy will result in a €250fine. A designated smoking area is available in the communalgarden on the 4th floor or at the entrance of our building.Quiet Hours• To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly request that quiet hours areobserved between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.Security Damage Deposit• A security damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be preauthorizedon your credit card and is fully refundable post-inspection, within 7 days aftercheck-out.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
