On the first floor, the kitchen/living/dining rooms are open to one another. For gathering, there is seating around the kitchen island, at the dining table for six, and in the living room, upholstered chairs, a long window seat for reading and a comfy sofa for watching TV and movies. In the summer, on the screened porch, there is seating for 10-12 around a big table and on the outdoor deck, comfortable seating for 10. Wherever you choose, you'll enjoy incredible sunsets year 'round. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom featuring a step-in shower with a built-in bench and a steam option. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a third bedroom with two full-sized beds. The second floor windowed full bathroom features a tub/shower. In addition, on the second floor, there is a TV room with a reclining loveseat for two. The heart of the home is the enormous kitchen which is fully equipped with everything a cook could require; abundant china, serving pieces, silver and dinnerware, a Cuisinart, Kitchenaid Mixer, a 8 C. coffee maker, three sizes of French coffee presses, cookware,abundant spices and herbs. There is a gas grill outside and a charcoal grill is also available. If I don't have it, you probably don't need it!
There is a mudroom on the first floor where the washer/dryer is located as well as the half bathroom. The attached garage is accessed through the mud room, ideal for skiers. Air conditioning is rarely needed, but available in all bedrooms and the living room. WiFi and several streaming services are included-Netflix, Hulu, HBO/Max, Disney+ and Prime. All linens are 100% cotton. Towels, hairdryers and paper products are included.
