Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location and very clean apartments around 100 yards from the station. Handy for everything in Richmond and with the proximity to the station and bus stops... you are well linked to everywhere across London. The apartments are great and we have stayed in them before and will do again, great for our trips to see the rugby at Twickenham. The apartments are very well insulated so we were pretty hot in bed, the windows open but it can be noisy at times. Great facilities all round although we never really use the kitchens, great modern decor and cover the 10 people we usually have in our party between the two apartments. Great comms from the host pre-stay and appreciate the clear info on the codes etc... too.
Negative: It was just a little hot, we probably need to pay more attention to the thermostats though. Can be noisy on weekdays if you have the windows open and also window cleaner came while we were there which caused some light banging on the windows. This is minor though.
Summary: Great apartments with an ideal location, close to station for swift travel across the London area.
