Positive: First of all the value was exceptional the place was big two bedrooms with plenty of room for all of us to sleep. It was clean and it was much prettier than the Picture Show online. I would love to stay again and again if I could afford it. We might run again soon.
Negative: The rental agents who were in charge of renting the property were horrible. Did directions about picking up keys to the place were very very misleading. First of all they send you 10,000 emails that confuse you on directions about entering the place. You should simply get one receipt with one set of directions but instead I got so many I didn't know which one to read and what to read what was important for me to remember. We received codes to enter the condo. And I even emailed them back to make sure that we could get into the condo with the door code given an email. I received the same emails back instead of better directions obviously the first ones were not specific therefore I wrote back but instead they sent me the same directions telling me that I could enter the condo with a code. Only and one email at the very bottom in small letters did it say we had to go to a different town which was far away for people that did not have a car to pick up the keys to enter the building. Yes apparently the building needs a key to get in and for that you have to go to a completely different address to pick up the keys. Well the day we moved in I had covered and I was in the hospital and of course I'm the one that rented the place I sent my three adult kids with a baby with the address the code and all the emails with the directions on how to get there and how to get in. Well they got stuck outside in the freezing cold with a baby. Nobody would let them in the building not even the manager of the place. An older gentleman that lived there ended up opening the door for them and letting them in because he felt bad to see them freezing out there. Even though they had all the emails and the code for the condo door the manager of the place would not let them in the building. They tried calling the rental agency who couldn't do anything if they didn't come and pick up the keys and have proof that they're the one that rented it.
