The outdoor patio with a wrap-around private yard is unusual for a BBR home. The kids will have plenty of space to run and play, while you sit and relax on the back patio. Perfect for the summer nights to grill and relax!
The kitchen provides plenty of space to do all the cooking you want! Granite counters, custom cabinets, new lighting, wine cellar, large farmhouse sink, and high-end stainless-steel appliances. Tucked away in a comfy corner is a small living room. Perfect for coffee, games, or computers.
A wood-burning fireplace in the main living room will keep you warm on those chilly winter days. And most importantly, a new dining table and chairs that accommodates 8 diners, along with four barstools to sit at the island in the kitchen.
Off the front door, there's a laundry room and a full bath with a shower/tub and toilet. Across the hallway is a bedroom with a queen bed.
