Notre appartement de 55 m², situé rue Jules Moulet au 1er étage sans ascenseur d'un immeuble marseillais, a été entièrement rénové par un architecte d'intérieur avec de très belles prestations. Particulièrement lumineux, il est idéal pour découvrir Marseille. La cuisine équipée est ouverte sur une pièce à vivre avec table et salon. L'espace nuit comprend deux chambres avec lits doubles et rangements. La salle de bain est dotée d'une baignoire, d'une douche à l'italienne, d'un meuble double vasque et d'un WC. Proche des transports (métro à 8 min à pied) et à proximité immédiate du Vieux-Port (10 min à pied), du Palais du Pharo et de la Plage des Catalans (20/25 min à pied). Restaurants (Halles du Vieux-Port à 10 min à pied) et commerces (boulangerie, caviste, supermarché à 200 mètres) sont à proximité immédiate.
