Notre appartement de 50 m², situé Chemin de Morgiou au 2e étage sans ascenseur d'un immeuble bien entretenu, offre une localisation idéale à deux pas du Parc National des Calanques, parfait pour travailler ou se détendre sur le balcon. À 15 min en voiture du centre-ville de Marseille et à 20 min en bus du Stade Vélodrome. La cuisine entièrement équipée s'ouvre sur un grand salon avec canapé et table à manger. Le balcon, au calme absolu, est idéal pour les belles journées d'été. L'appartement dispose de la climatisation. L'espace nuit comprend une chambre avec lit double et grand dressing. La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne et d'un meuble vasque, avec WC séparé. Stationnement possible à l'intérieur de la résidence.
