Summary: Wanted something close to Broadway and this was it! We were able to sightsee around downtown Nashville with short 5-10 minute car rides. When we would get back home to rest, there were so many locals where we ate breakfast, lunch, and had drinks for dinner everyday within walking distance! So much to do locally around the actual home that we almost forgot about downtown! Again, all within walking distance! Home was great! Had all amenities and had extra items in the kitchen as to coffee and spices. The only thing is that if you have gamers, there is only one tv and that’s in the living room. We didn’t mind at all and my son didn’t either but just a heads up if traveling with younger ones. Overall I can see how this house has 5 Stars! The host was great at answering all of our questions and concerns. Had a list of things to do and where to eat! Beds were big and comfy! We had more than enough room for our party of 7. We would definitely rent this home out if we came back again!
