It has a spacious, well-sunlit living and dining area with everything to make yourself home. The living room features a sofa to recline and a TV with built-in streaming services for your entertainment.
The kitchen has all the essentials to cook homestyle meals, with complimentary tea and coffee.
Outside, the balcony has a calming view of the neighbourhood and is best enjoyed during a slow-moving sunset in the summer.
The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the secondary bedroom has two single beds. Both are well-appointed, sunlit, and fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
There's one bathroom with everything and a dedicated toilet room for guests. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
