Cozy villa in one of the best locations on Kea, just an hour away from the port of Lavrio, and Athens ✈️ A comfortable island home with all the modern concessions in a raised position overlooking the sheltered harbour of Vourkari, a traditional port. Shared pool, 5’ minutes walk to the sea, close to restaurants, magnificent sunset view, fully equipped, with heating and all amenities.

The house is laid out on 3 levels with outside space on all levels. The ground level incorporates the sitting room and open plan kitchen, double doors leading to a balcony with a dining table and a sitting area and also the main door leading to a large veranda with another set of dining table and the BBQ. The upper level comprises of one double bedroom with an bathroom and a large private balcony. The lower level houses the master bedroom
with its own dressing room adjacent to the en suite bathroom and a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are also located downstairs.
The lower level is leading to the swimming pool area with sun beds and access to the lower garden area.
