Summary: The house is on a beautiful little hill right on the waters with some fish biting right off the dock. The house was advertised to have three bedrooms and a loft with bunk beds and a futon, but in reality, the house has two master bedrooms and a two-level loft without locking doors. In the top loft, there is a twin/queen bunk bed and two twin beds. In the bottom loft with the pool table, there is a double futon. The description in the rooms & beds section does a better job of explaining this (e.g., gameroom loft and upper loft), but this could have been clearer. The gameroom loft doesn't have curtains (and it's on the way to the upper loft), so it's challenging to sleep there in the summers when the sun comes up at 5. We expected three bedrooms with locking doors for privacy. Also, technically, there are no hot tubs, but there is a jetted tub in one of the master bathrooms. There was supposed to be free wifi but we found out it is limited to 2 GB per week only a few days before our trip. The internet was not unavailable the week we stayed, which we understand was not the fault of our host and we believe Gary tried every avenue to try to get us internet. We understand some of these misaligned expectations are partially just due to how VRBO works and maybe outdated descriptions. The fire pit and boulders outside were the highlight for our family. Kids loved scrambling safely around the house and making s'mores.
