My house has two floors, cozy with three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and dining room, a small lounge receipt with cable TV, where I live alone. In a quiet neighborhood away from city noises. This close to a metro station trains to within minutes with several inland cities like Limache, Villa Alemana, Quilpué and the Viña del Mar and Valparaiso port coast. These two cities with its boat rides and hills with typical streets, restaurants, craft sales and very picturesque places to go. As six blocks is an important avenue with all kinds of locomotion. Buses, buses and inter-provincial Buces communicating with the capital Santiago, a two hour trip. The house is also new, solid construction and good hygienic conditions and privacy with comfortable furniture and fully jeweled with slab and service.The kitchen has a large refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven to heat meals. The bathroom has hot water and toiletries. In Viña del Mar 30 minutes by train from our house are beaches, beautiful scenery and places to shop, eat and distracted. It has a large patio with ceramic, where there is a terrace with table set glass coffee to relax or take in the spring or summer evenings.
