The house is divided by a beautiful split glass gallery with views of both its private lagoon and the Culú Culú lagoon, creating an oasis of peace that you will never want to leave. Each landscape visible from each of the windows is a perfect painting of nature. In the main wing of the house you will find: - A beautiful dining room, with glass walls and ceilings, allowing sunlight to flood the space. - A living room with a large window and a fireplace, reflecting the purity of the natural environment. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, offering maximum comfort for cooking. All public spaces are equipped with wood-burning salamanders. This wing has 3 bedrooms: - The master suite on the upper floor, with an en-suite bathroom that includes an antique bathtub, salamander, television with directv and private terrace. Each window offers a dazzling landscape. - On the ground floor, two bedrooms with two twin beds each and the option of adding two more beds, completing up to four twin beds in each room if necessary. - A full bathroom at the end of the hallway. Crossing the gallery, equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs, is the other wing that includes: - A warm living room with television with directv and salamander. - Three additional bedrooms: one en suite with a double bed, one with two twin beds and one on the upper floor with a double bed and private terrace. All bedrooms in the house have hot/cold AA. The house also has a grill, a clay oven and a barbecue in the middle of a small forest, next to a charming chicken coop. The infinity pool completes the landscape, making it even more perfect. In addition, we have kayaks to explore the private lagoon, foosball and ping pong table. *PET FRIENDLY (small pets)
