Three steps lead to a small balcony from which guests can enter the apartment, which opens onto a modern kitchen with peninsula and stools fitted with many appliances, including an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and an espresso coffee machine. Past the kitchen, on the left, guests will find a living room furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV and a desk. On the right, they will find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, one featuring a queen-size bed, a large closet and desk, the other with a double sofa bed and a closet. The layout is completed by two bathrooms, one boasting a shower with steam bath, the other with a washing machine and a dryer.
