The highlight of our farmhouse is the large open plan dining area and the private pool complete with BBQ surrounded by each of the downstairs rooms.

Qormi is a mixture of old culture meets new culture, with old architecture still intact as well as its famous churches, known for the best shopping centres for South of Malta, you can find Centrepark, Kiabi, Zara Home, Mango, and many more. Restaurants, bus stops, and historical places are not hard to find, with a 15 minute drive from the Airport!

The farmhouse has air-conditioning and wifi throughout the living spaces. The living room is spacious and bright, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. A fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal including a large dining table sitting up to 10.

We love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.

The farmhouse has access to a washing machine, cleaning equipment, toilettes, and anything our guests would require making their stay that much more special.
Distance
2 mins by walk from the main road, where you can find bus stops, grocery shop and a restaurant. Less than 15 minutes with a bus to Valletta, or around 10 mins by car.
Less than 45 minutes with a bus to Paceville, San Julians, Sliema, Gzira, or around 15 mins by car.

You can easily access the Farmhouse from the airport using the buses 208 and 63, with the journey taking less than half an hour :)
Very important notes before booking:
1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our farmhouse, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. An early check-in can be done, but only if the farmhouse is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
3. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
4. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. The farmhouse is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
9. Air conditioners are operated using a coin machine which has to be topped up by 1 Euro and 2 Euro coins according to the usage.
